Elected Boards & Committees

Dale Pipkorn

Board of Elders - Dale Pipkorn, Chairman

The elders work closely with the pastor(s) in all aspects of the spiritual life of the church. They assist the pastor(s) with worship, baptisms, communion, reception of new members, visiting the sick and homebound and contacting members who have been negligent in their church attendance and in coming to the Lord's Table for Holy Communion.

The elders see to it that services are conducted regularly and in good order, supervising:

 

The elders also supervise the publications of the congregation, encourage the dissemination of Christian literature and supervise the broadcast of our services on radio and on the internet.

 

Elders must be men, 25 years or older, who have been members of St. Paul's for at least a year.

 

Board of Christian Education - Stacey Kukor, Chairperson

The Board of Christian Education is charged with the supervision of the educational agencies of the congregation.

The Board of Christian Education:

 

Congregation members 18 years or older are eligible to serve on the Board of Christian Education.


School Board-Jeffrey Moravec, Chairman

The School Board is charged with the governance of the Day School. To that end it:

 

Congregation members 18 years or older are eligible to serve on the Board of Christian Education.


The Board of Stewardship is charged with all aspects of congregation stewardship.

The Board of Stewardship is responsible for:

 

Congregation members 18 years and older are eligible to serve on the Board of Stewardship.


Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is charged with the care and supervision of church property.

To that end it:

 

Members of the congregation 18 years and older are eligible to serve on the Board of Trustees.


Board of Finance -

The Board of Finance is charged with the financial operation, analysis and planning for the congregation.

The Board of Finance:

 

Congregation members 18 years or older are eligible to serve on the Board of Finance.


Evangelism Committee -

The Evangelism Committee is charged with the promotion and implementation of external evangelism education and endeavor within the congregation.

To that end the Evangelism Committee:

 

The Evangelism Committee may also assist the Board of Elders with:

Congregation members 18 years and older are eligible to serve on the Evangelism Committee.


 

Auditing Committee

The Auditing Committee:

 

Congregation members 18 years or older are eligible to serve on the Auditing Committee


 

Tellers -Jack McGill, Chairperson

The Tellers are responsible for opening contribution envelopes, for recording the amounts given by contributors and for submitting to the church office and treasurer a tabulated record of all money received.

Congregation members 18 years or older are eligible to serve as a teller.
